Due to the delicate nature of handling and shipping art prints, WindowShopGal does not accept refunds or exchanges. As a courtesy to all buyers, you will always receive a brand new poster (never a restocked item) for quality assurance.
Replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery only. If this happened to you, please fill out the contact form with your name, order number, photos (for damaged items) and information regarding your issue.
