Most orders take about 2-3 business days to process, unless otherwise stated on the product listing (please see "Ships by" date under the "Buy it Now" button).

Regarding Shipping Delays
** IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ** Mail delivery via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) may be delayed due to staff shortages and high volume of packages this holiday season. Additionally, irregularly-shaped packages such as circular mailing tubes (shipped via Standard Shipping) need to be scanned manually by hand instead of automatically machine-scanned. As a result, some packages may take longer to be processed at this time.
International Shipping
International Standard Shipping (USPS First Class International) on average takes about 10-20 business days to arrive (and on rare occasions up to 4-6 weeks), as some packages may be delayed due to customs processing.
Duties & Taxes for International Buyers
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WindowShopGal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you are located in the USA and it has been over 10 business days since there was any update on your tracking information, or if you are overseas and it has been over 20 business days since there was any update on your tracking information, please contact WindowShopGal with your name and order number for further assistance. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact WindowShopGal as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
