I need an item by a certain date, can you rush fulfillment of my order?
Most orders take about 1-3 business days to process, unless otherwise stated on the product listing (please see "Ships by" date under the "Buy it Now" button). However, if you need your item(s) by a specific date, please contact me as soon as possible and I will try my best to expedite the fulfillment of your order. Additionally - for USA customers - upgrading your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or UPS is highly recommended.

Where's my package?

If you are located in the USA and it has been over 10 business days since there was any update on your tracking information, or if you are an international customer and it has been over 30 business days since there was any update on your tracking information, please contact me with your name and order number for further assistance. Are taxes and duties included in the shipping or item price?
No. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WindowShopGal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Help! I checked the tracking status of my order, and the package isn't moving! The latest update is: "Package Acceptance Pending." Has the package shipped yet?
Don't worry, your package was indeed shipped, however, the tracking status is a bit confusing. The USPS already picked up the package, which is why it says: "Shipment Received" as part of the tracking status. The "Package Acceptance Pending" remark means that they haven't hand-scanned the package at the USPS receiving facility / distribution center. This is quite common for irregularly-shaped packages that cannot be automatically machine-scanned (i.e. circular mailing tubes). As a result, packages have been sitting in the distribution centers waiting to be processed for up to 1-2 weeks. I've been checking the tracking information for all of my other customers' packages, and most of the time, the next scan won't show up until it has arrived at their local post office. I sincerely apologize for this delay. Rest assured, the package is still on its way to you. However, if there isn't a tracking update within 7 business days of the first scan and you're still experiencing shipping issues, please contact me.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

Do you offer a discount on shipping if I order more than one item?
Yes, for all domestic orders (shipped in the United States) shipping costs are automatically discounted when you purchase multiple items. To see how much shipping will cost, please add the items to your cart and review the total at checkout. For international orders, you will be charged one flat rate, so it is advised to order more than one item to help offset the postage costs of international shipping.
Why is the cost of international shipping so high?
Unfortunately, the shipping cost is out of my control and the USPS (United States Postal Service) is the lowest cost shipping carrier for international shipments. For reference, you can check shipping costs on the USPS website (click here) for a 2 lbs. package (First Class International) from Washington, USA (Zipcode: 98516), to most countries, the cost is actually more than what I charge for shipping and that does not include the packaging materials. That is why I encourage my international customers to purchase more than one poster to help offset shipping costs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the delicate nature of handling and shipping art prints, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. As a courtesy to all of my buyers, you will always receive a brand new poster (never a restocked item) for quality assurance.
Replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery only. If this happened to you, please contact me with your name and order number.
Can you change the shipping address on my order?
No problem! If your order has not shipped yet, please contact me as soon as possible and I will manually change your mailing address on your order.
How do I make changes to an order that I have already placed?

How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact me as soon as possible and I will attempt to cancel your order.
Can I order a custom size or hire you for a special project?
I am not able to accommodate any custom sizes or commissions / special projects at this time. However, I do take suggestions! Please feel free to contact me or vote for the next poster design here.
Are your posters framed? If not, do you offer the option to add a frame?
Unless otherwise stated (for canvas prints), the frame is not included. However, my designs are available in standard U.S. poster frame sizes. So, if you are located in the United States, you can purchase inexpensive, ready-made frames from Target, Michael's, Jo-Ann's and Hobby Lobby. For international customers, you can usually find an appropriately-sized frame from Amazon or eBay. For recommendations and tips on frames and decorating, check out the WindowShopGal blog here.
How are your posters shipped?
Unless you are specifically purchasing a framed poster, 11x17" inch posters or larger will be shipped rolled up, inside a cardboard tube. 8x10" inch prints ship flat in a rigid envelope.
Can I meet you locally to make a purchase, or are your products available in any brick and mortar stores?
My products are ONLY available online from WindowShopGal on Etsy and my official website, WindowShopGal.com. If you find my designs online on any other website, please be aware that those items are poor quality (blurry), counterfeit illegal copies.

Do you offer digital download files of your designs, so that I can print the artwork myself?
No. For quality control, format and color accuracy, I do not sell digital image files of my designs. For this reason, you will always receive a high quality product when you purchase an item directly from my shop.
