Your poster will be printed on 100lb weight paper. The standard U.S. sizes offered makes this artwork very easy to frame because most local and online stores already stock ready-made picture frames in those dimensions, and as you can see from the photos, you don't even need a mat board!
IMPORTANT DETAILS - PLEASE READ:
- You are purchasing a poster print only. The frame is NOT included, unless specified (i.e. "Framed Canvas").
- 11x17" inch posters or larger will be shipped rolled up, inside a cardboard tube.
- 8x10" inch prints ship flat in a rigid envelope.
- International customers outside the USA - one flat rate for all orders via the United States Postal Service. International customers are responsible for import fees due upon delivery.

Art Prints: No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of handling and shipping art prints, WindowShopGal does not accept refunds or exchanges for artwork. As a courtesy to all buyers, you will always receive a brand new poster (never a restocked item) for quality assurance.
Apparel / T-Shirts: Exchanges Accepted Within 10 Days
WindowShopGal will accept exchanges of unworn and unwashed apparel by mail within 10 days after you've received your item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To request an exchange, please fill out the contact form and be sure to provide your name & order number.
Damaged or Undelivered Items
Replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery only. If this happened to you, please fill out the contact form with your name, order number, photos (for damaged items) and information regarding your issue.

I've purchased 5 posters from WindowShopGal for my Gilmore Girl theme kitchen and I'm absolutely in love with every one of them. They are just as they're described and made of excellent quality. They are packaged very nicely, none of them arrived torn or ripped, they all arrived in separate packaging and had lovely little details and surprises in each one, for example my Luke's Diner poster was sealed with a sticker with Luke's logo and it had a Luke's Diner menu included as well, I immediately hung it on my fridge! I'm a huge fan of the show & thought the little extras were such a nice touch, very Stars Hollow-y! 😊
